Refunds and Cancellation policy
Our refund policy for this event is as follows:
- 100% refund minus admin costs for cancellations prior to June 1st,
- 50% refund minus admin costs before June 15th.
- No refunds after June 15th.
Cork Tango reserve the right of admission and may request the removal of any person from the festival premises, should the organizers find said person is not adhering to a suitable code of conduct.
Any change may occur in the event schedule without prior notice. Cork Tango apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
In case of cancellation of the event, the purchaser may request a refund within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of public communication of the cancellation. Cork Tango will only reimburse the amount of the ticket, not being responsible for any other expenses incurred.The amount of the ticket will not be refunded in the event that the festival is canceled due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters or other causes of force majeure not attributable to the Cork Tango.
Liability Waiver
In consideration of the fee paid, the participant agrees to the following provisions:
- understands that there is a risk of personal injury during the course of the festival and agrees to assume the risk of any injury and damages caused during the festival.
- Agrees to hold harmless the School and all other individuals, organizations, sponsors, promoters, operators, hosts, instructors, associations, schools, owners, officials, directors, employees and other participants connected with the event from all losses, damages, injuries, causes of actions, claims, or complaints in the event that the participant is damaged or injured in any way during the participation, instruction and/or performance of any exercise or during any activity associated with the event location or during transit to or from the event.
- Agrees to strictly obey instructors and observe safety rules.
- Because of the physical demands, understands that he/she must be in good physical condition to participate in the event.
- grees that any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of him/her in connection with the festival can be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation at this time or any other time.
